Get a Pearly White Smile With ZOOM! Whitening
It’s inevitable, your teeth will darken over time. Changes in the color of your teeth can be caused by food and beverages you consume (like coffee, tea and soda). Other known factors for tooth discoloration may include childhood medications or illnesses, tobacco use or improper oral hygiene.
If you’re looking for a fast way to dramatically whiten you teeth, try ZOOM! The In-Office Whitening System may be the answer you have been searching for.
In a little over an hour, this safe and effective tooth whitening system can give you the instant results you desire. A specially designed light activates the ZOOM! Whitening Gel. This gel gently breaks down stains on your teeth and put the sparkle back in your smile!
ZOOM! Whitening is safe while under the supervision of a trained cosmetic dentist, like Dr. Vance. It’s one of the safest procedures in cosmetic dentistry. However, we do not recommend this procedure for pregnant women or children under age 13.
Upon completion of your teeth whitening service, you’ll be given post-whitening care instructions. It’s important to maintain a good oral hygiene regimen post-whitening to preserve your bright, white smile.
We also recommend occasional touch-ups with the ZOOM! Take-Home Gel. Your brighter smile will last as long as you make it a priority to follow your simple post-procedure instructions!
Although the ZOOM! Teeth Whitening System can help almost anyone, it may not be as effective in every case. We can determine if tooth whitening is a possible option for your case.
Veneers Can Help Achieve The Smile You Deserve
If you have severely discolored or broken teeth, veneers may improve the vibrancy of your smile.
Veneers are thin, semi-translucent “shells” typically attached to the front of your teeth. Each veneer is customized from porcelain material and permanently bonded to your teeth. They are a great alternative to otherwise painful dental procedures to improve the appearance of your smile.
Common problems that veneers are used for:
- Spaces between the teeth
- Broken or chipped teeth
- Unsightly, stained or discolored teeth
- Permanently stained or discolored teeth
- Crooked or misshapen teeth
Veneers are a great aesthetic solution to your smile that may even help you avoid orthodontic treatment. Subtle changes to your smile can be achieved with veneers. In most cases, a veneer application is completed in only two office visits.
Dr. Vance has years of experience applying veneers.

Composite Bonding
Bonding is a common solution for:
- Fixing or repairing chipped or cracked teeth
- Reducing unsightly gaps or spaces between teeth
- Hiding discoloration or faded areas on the tooth’s surface
Often, composite bonding is used to improve the appearance of your teeth and enhance your smile. As the name indicates, composite material, typically either plastic or resin, is bonded to an existing tooth. Unlike veneers or crowns, composite bonding removes little, if any, of the original tooth.
Composite bonding has many advantages which include:
- It’s a quick process, which typically lasts less than one hour.
- It does not reduce the tooth’s original structure and is relatively inexpensive.
- Composite resins come in many different shades and provide better matching of shades to the natural color of your teeth.
- These bonds, however, are not as durable and long-lasting as veneers and crowns and may need to be re-touched or replaced in the future.
Composite bonds stain more easily and require proper care and regular cleaning. Common staining elements include coffee, tea, tobacco, foods and candy. In order to ensure the longest possible duration of the bonding, composite treated teeth should be brushed and flossed daily.
